The Court of Appeal in the city of Kenitra, northeastern Morocco, convicted a person to thirty years in prison for committing the crime of slaughtering his infant son during the month of Ramadan.
The Criminal Chamber of the Kenitra Court of Appeal convicted the killer of his son during the night of the 27th of Ramadan, in the Bir Rami neighborhood, to thirty years in prison.
Moroccan media explained that “the perpetrator, who works as a dyer, surprised his wife by slaughtering their 19-month-old son, so the wife informed the police services of the Mahdia security zone about the matter, who rushed to the crime scene, so he was transferred to the Idrissi Regional Hospital Center in the city, but he died.” before arriving there.”
The local authorities were able to arrest the suspect and took him to the judicial police headquarters, where it was decided to place him under theoretical custody to investigate the reasons for his committing the crime.
The crime occurred on the night of the 27th of last Ramadan, killing an infant no older than the second spring of the year, in the Bir al-Rami area near the Awlad Mubarak Youth House in the city of Kenitra.
