The Israeli Broadcasting Authority announced that the International Court of Justice issued arrest warrants today, Monday, against Israeli officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
The authority stated in a statement that the court’s prosecutor had taken a decision to issue arrest warrants, noting that the reason was to prevent the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza and to cause famine in the Strip.
Israeli Channel 12 reported that Netanyahu held extensive consultations after receiving indications of arrest warrants against senior Israeli officials.
