Two Israeli tourists were killed and others injured in a shooting in Alexandria

An Egyptian security source said that a police member appointed from the security service in the Al-Mansheya area in Alexandria randomly fired shots from his personal weapon while one of the Israeli tourist groups was present at the Umd Al-Sawari shrine.
The source added that the incident resulted in the killing of two members of the Israeli regiment and one of the Egyptians and the injury of another, pointing out that the security forces arrested the police officer and legal measures are being taken against him and the injured person was transferred to the hospital for treatment.
