The Saudi monarch, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, directed, on Sunday evening, to host an additional thousand pilgrims from the people of the Gaza Strip, as part of an “initiative to host pilgrims of the families of martyrs and injured people from the Gaza Strip” to perform this year’s Hajj rituals in an exceptional manner.
Hosting these pilgrims also comes within the program of guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, which is implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance in Saudi Arabia.
For his part, the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Call and Guidance, General Supervisor of the Program for Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj and Umrah, confirmed that this exceptional hosting alleviates the suffering of the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
