The governor of the Oryol region in southwestern Russia announced on Sunday that Ukraine had carried out a drone attack that damaged a power station in Oryol.
Governor Andrei Klychkov said via the Telegram application: “There were no injuries or loss of life,” noting that two drones were destroyed.
