The Public Prosecutor, Judge Mustafa Ali, discussed today, Thursday, in the capital, Aden, with the Minister of Endowments and Guidance, Dr. Muhammad Shabiba, the procedures for protecting endowment lands and funds.

The meeting reviewed the file of private cases pending before the Public Funds Prosecution and ways to follow them up, and take legal measures with the aim of protecting state endowments from tampering, neglect and plunder.

The Public Prosecutor explained that the Endowments Prosecution has been established, specialized in following up on cases related to endowments and protecting them... stressing the need for the Legal Department in the Ministry to follow up on the Ministry’s cases in the Public Prosecution.

In turn, the Minister of Endowments stressed the ministry’s keenness to follow up on issues related to endowment funds and the importance of the role of the judicial and security agencies in supporting the ministry’s efforts to protect endowment funds and hold those who tamper with them accountable.
