The head of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Nazem Bawazir, today made an inspection visit to the Al-Hujariya, Al-Mawasit and Al-Maafer courts and prosecution offices in Taiz Governorate, with the aim of reviewing the progress of work, identifying challenges, and ensuring compliance with judicial procedures.
Judge Bawazir was accompanied during the visit by the Deputy Head of Inspection for the Courts Sector, Judge Hassan Shaibani, and the Deputy Head of Inspection for the Prosecutions Sector, Judge Nabil Hael. During the visit, the nature of work in the courts and prosecution offices was reviewed, and the achievements they have achieved, in addition to the obstacles they face as a result of the current circumstances.
Judge Bawazir also listened to an explanation about the efforts of judicial cadres to overcome the security and service challenges that the governorate is experiencing, as a large number of outstanding cases have been decided, which enhances confidence between citizens and the judicial system. The lack of available personnel and resources, as well as the state of the infrastructure, were discussed.
Judge Nazem Bawazir stressed the importance of professional discipline and speedy decision-making in cases to achieve prompt justice and enhance citizens’ confidence in the judiciary, stressing the necessity of activating work mechanisms to improve performance and confront increasing challenges.
