Secret cooperation between the Houthis and China threatens the Gulf states

The political affairs correspondent for the Hebrew channel "i 24 NEWS", yesterday, Wednesday, Guy Azriel, revealed information about secret cooperation between China and the Houthis in Yemen, which poses a threat to the Gulf states.
According to intelligence information reported by the channel, the Houthis are using Chinese-made weapons to launch their attacks, as part of the agreements under which Chinese-owned ships will be fortified, and in return, China will provide political support to the Houthis. According to the channel, the advanced weapons used by the Houthis rely heavily on components produced by private companies based in China. According to the information, China allows a lenient environment for purchasing weapons components from local companies.
The channel reported, “The Houthis have succeeded in building an advanced supply chain in China, and since the start of the attacks in the Red Sea, the Houthis have used this network to purchase advanced materials and military components made in China for the organization’s arsenal of ballistic missiles and cruise missiles, and this network is also used to purchase engines.” And electronic components, which makes the Houthis a threat to the countries of the Arab Gulf region.”
According to the channel's information, Chinese components have greatly improved the Houthis' ability to carry out attacks in the Red Sea. Since November 2023, the Houthis have regularly used weapons containing Chinese components and weapons manufactured using Chinese equipment. In addition to existing threats, US intelligence issued a serious warning that Houthi officials intend to use the same components to build hundreds of cruise missiles, which would be able to strike Gulf states.
