Security and military intervention quells tribal fighting in the village of Saada, north of Al Dhalea

Security and military forces, in cooperation with a number of sheikhs, were able today to quell violent tribal clashes that broke out between the Al-Adar and Al-Sharif families in the village of Saada in the Assaf district of the Maris District, north of Al-Dhalea Governorate.
The clashes resulted in the killing of three people and the injury of two others.
Names of the victims:
- From the Al-Adar family:
- Naji bin Naji Al-Afram Al-Adar
- Saleh Muhammad Al-Afram Al-Adar
- From the Sharif family:
- Khaled Ali Sharif
The bodies of the victims were transferred to the hospital morgue, while the necessary first aid was provided to the injured.
According to a local source, the roots of this tragic incident go back to years ago, when a murder occurred in the village of Saada in which Sheikh Abdullah Al-Afram of the Al-Adar family was killed, and the perpetrators are still in detention as the case is pending before the court.
Such incidents, in which weapons are used, are disastrous for society, as they exacerbate tribal conflicts and increase the intensity of revenge, which hinders efforts to achieve social and security stability in the region.
The security and military forces, with the support of the sheikhs of the region, were able to contain the situation and prevent its escalation, in a step aimed at restoring calm to the village and preventing any further escalation.
