The employee at the General Petroleum Company, Sumaya Tawfiq Othman, appealed to the Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, for justice for her as a result of the assault she was subjected to outside the law and customs within the oil company without receiving any justice, despite her numerous appeals and complaints to the Executive Director of the Oil Company, Eng. / Tariq Al-Walidi and to His Excellency the Minister of Oil, Dr. Saeed Al-Shammasi...but all of this did not move them at all. (An ear is made of clay and an ear is made of dough.) ). But it made matters worse. She also confirmed that all her benefits have been suspended due to the justice she requested and her rehabilitation as a result of the blatant attacks and insults she was subjected to.
A statement issued by it read as follows: :
I would like to address my appeal to you, Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, regarding the assault that I was subjected to inside the oil company, which is considered a blatant assault by all standards, customs and laws.
I was surprised that the company did not take any measures regarding this attack, and that the Minister of Oil did not take any effective steps to deter such behavior..
I feel unfair as a result of the lack of serious investigation into this incident, in addition to the suspension of my financial benefits without any clear justification, which negatively affects my daily life.
I ask you, Prime Minister, to intervene urgently and immediately and to direct the necessary investigations into the assault I was subjected to, and to return and pay my suspended financial dues. I believe in the importance of justice and look forward to taking serious steps to protect my rights as an employee who has rights and duties
May God grant you success and guide your steps on the path of justice and goodness
