A medical team affiliated with the Medical Services Department of the National Resistance in the Saudi Field Hospital in Machine, under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team, succeeded in conducting a rare and complex surgical operation to eradicate an Aromi from the lower jaw and rebuilding the thought, for a patient who suffered from the tumor for more than a year.  

The patient, "Majid Al -Akhali", was 30 years old, suffering from a large swelling on the right side of the lower jaw, where the tests showed the presence of a tumor extended from the lower nap area to the nearby joint joint, and after the tissue sample analysis was analyzed, the condition was diagnosed with an aromatic tumor, It is a rare tumor that requires accurate surgical intervention.  

The surgery was performed in coordination between general sections of general surgery, vascular surgery, bone surgery and orthopedic surgery, the medical team succeeded in completely removing the tumor, taking a bone slice of the patient's leg and forming it to make up for the lost part of the jaw, and install the bone slide with metal sheets, And connect it to the vein and artery in the neck to ensure the bloody irrigation.  

The process, which is the first of its kind in Yemen, took about 10 continuous hours, with the participation of a medical team consisting of: Dr. Abdul Latif Saleh Ali (General Surgery and Vascular), and d. Tariq Al -Azzani (Penal and Men), and d. Mazen Al -Rubaie (orthopedics and joints), and d. Aref Al -Muqbali (anesthesia and intensive care) and Hamza Al -Hadrami (operation technician).
