Gunmen trying to impose random construction in Bir Ahmed for the second time

The Land Protection Unit in the capital, Aden, managed to arrest an armed gang that protects random construction work by force in the area of Bir Ahmed, northeast of the Brega district.
During its usual patrols, the unit monitored illegal building operations in the region, where the workers were seized and released after their pledge not to repeat the violation, but they returned again to resume the construction, under the protection of armed men.
With the directives of Lieutenant Colonel Kamal Al -Halmi, the site in the construction and the arrest of three of the militants was raided, including the person who was coordinated with the gang to implement the construction by force, called (FTA).
The unit announced that it would take legal measures against the arrested, in preparation for referring them to the Criminal Prosecution to take appropriate penalties, especially for their possession and use of weapons to seize lands illegally.
Lieutenant Colonel Kamal Al -Halmi emphasized that the Land Protection Unit will not tolerate any attempts to seize lands by force, stressing that the law will be implemented firmly against violators.
It is worth noting that the random construction on the site was previously arrested, and the workers were released with guarantees after they pledged not to repeat, but this time they returned under the protection of armed men equipped with weapons and bombs.
