The Hadramout Mosque conference warns of the bombing of the conflict after the arrival of gunmen from Aden, Lahj and Al -Dhali 'to the coast of the province

Hadramout mosque conference issued an important and urgent statement in which he expressed its deep concern about the monitoring of large numbers of militants coming from the governorates of Aden, Lahj and Al -Dhali to the coast of Hadramout, warning that this represents a dangerous trend towards bombing the conflict, confiscating the will of the sons of Hadramout and imposing a political orientation by force.
The conference explained that during the period from Friday, April 11 to Monday, April 14, 2025, the number of these militants exceeded 2,500 individuals, stressing that these "hostilities" bleed the allegations of preserving and empowering the Hadrami elite forces.
The conference held the security committee in the governorate, led by the governor, the commander of the second military zone and the director of the coast security, responsible for what he described as "collusion" with this plan that threatens the security and stability of Hadramout and obtains its social fabric.
The conference appealed to all political, societal forces, national and tribal events and social figures to "confront firm" of this plan and raise societal awareness of its seriousness on Hadramout, the elite forces and the project to enable Hadramout sons to their political and military decision.
The conference also sent an urgent invitation to the Arab coalition countries, led by Saudi Arabia and the UAE, and the Presidential Command Council, to intervene immediately to stop "tampering with local and regional security" and directed to return these armed groups to their areas, in a way that enhances peace, security and stability in Hadramout.
For his part, the politician close to the transitional council, Iyad Al -Shuaibi, described the statement as "a dangerous escalator calling for clash and confrontation" and with a "tight and mental goal". He pointed out that the statement includes an implicit rejection of any political project from outside the conference and the alliance, a withdrawal of legitimacy from the local authority and its security and military leaderships, and an attempt to monopolize the representation of Hadramout through the "Self -Government" project, in addition to trying to thwart an event called by the Southern Transitional Council in Hadramout.
