The Ministry of Awqaf and Guidance renewed its warning to the release of any person without an official permit or a pilgrimage visa.

The Ministry confirmed in a circular directed to the approved facilities for the pilgrims ’promotion for the 1446 AH season, that any violation of this will result in strict criminal procedures .. A counselor to the fatwa of the Council of Senior Scholars issued in this regard, which confirmed that the commitment to extract the pilgrimage permit and the commitment of the two sacred feelings thus is consistent with the required interest legally.

She explained that it is not permissible to go to the Hajj without taking a permit, and the perpetrator is sinned, and whoever is unable to extract the permit is in the ruling on the impermissible.
