545 Yemeni families were displaced due to the armed conflict within three months

A UN report stated that more than 3,800 people in Yemen were forced to displacement due to the continued armed conflict and natural disasters caused by climate changes; Including rain and floods, during the first quarter of this year.
The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) said in its latest report: 545 Yemeni families consisted of 3,815 people, were displaced by the continued conflict and climate disasters during the period between January and March 2025.
The report added that 93% of the total affected people during the first three months of this year were displaced from their original areas due to the continued armed conflict and the number of 505 families, while crises and disasters related to the climate were behind the displacement of 7%, or 40 families.
The UN program indicated that the rapid response mechanism (RRM) that it leads, and in cooperation with the partners, has reached emergency relief to 542 families (3,794 people), which represents 99% of the total affected families registered to obtain assistance in affected areas.
