In a quick security movement, the security of the Modian Directorate in Abyan Governorate, on Sunday afternoon, was able to arrest the accused in the murder that took place in the Qat market in the district, after moments of committing the crime.

The incident resulted in the killing of the citizen, "Ali Hamdan Ahmed Hajiri bin Jarra," 24 years old, and the injury of the 29 -year -old citizen, Muhammad Al -Khader Abdullah Abdul Rahman, as a result of shooting after the killer escaped after verbal arguments between him and one of the sellers in the market.

The defendant (ARAG), who is 25 years old, was seized by the Modian security forces quickly and highly efficient after committing the crime, and he was imprisoned to complete the investigations and legal procedures in preparation for referring him to the competent authorities.

For his part, the Director of the Security of Abyan Governorate, Brigadier Ali Nasser Bouzid, praised the vigilance of the security men and the speed of their response, announcing a financial reward of one million riyals in appreciation of their efforts in implementing this qualitative task within a record time.

The security services in the governorate of Abyan continue to achieve continuous successes in detecting the crime and seizing the perpetrators, as it succeeded during three operations in less than 72 hours, and this achievement comes in light of the difficult challenges and conditions experienced by the Abyan Governorate Security Department, but it is doing its best to stabilize the foundations of security and stability in the province.
