Despite the attempts of reconciliation ... retribution is implemented against the dreamer of Arafat's murderer in Al -Dhali

The Public Prosecution in Al -Dhalea Governorate carried out, on Tuesday morning, the legal retribution ruling against the convict Ali Muhammad Ali Fadel Al -Shuki, with bullets to death, after being convicted of the killing of the victim, Arafat Muhammad Saleh Al -Halmi, intentionally and aggressively.
The ruling was implemented in the central prison square in Sinah, in a wide popular presence, and under strict security measures.
The implementation of the retribution ruling came based on a ruling issued by the Qaatbah Court of First Instance, which was later supported by the Al -Dhalea Court of Appeal, approved by the Republic’s Supreme Court, then certified by the President of the Presidential Command Council. After completing all legal procedures, the Attorney General, Judge Qaher Mustafa Ali, directed the implementation of the legal ruling.
The competent authorities had attempted to persuade the blood of the victim to pardon or accept the religion, but they adhered to their right to legal retribution, so that the verdict of the ruling was recited by the prosecutor of the Qataba Prosecution, Judge Ali Nasser Al -Badawi, before implementation.
The implementation of the ruling was attended by a number of judges and judicial officials, among them Judge Mohamed Abdel -Ilah Mashrah, head of the Al -Dhalea Appeal Prosecution, and Judge Ibrahim Ali Muthanna, head of the Qaatba Court of First Instance, along with security and military leaders.
