His Excellency Dr. Shan’i Mohsen Al -Zindani, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs, received His Excellency Mr. Bong Kai Du, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Yemen.

During the meeting, His Excellency Minister Al -Zindani stressed the strength of the Yemeni -Korean relations, appreciating the role that Korea plays in supporting humanitarian and development efforts in Yemen, and expressing the Yemeni government aspiring to enhance bilateral cooperation to include various areas of common concern.

His Excellency the Minister also reviewed ways to develop partnership between the two countries, and discussed the prospects for future cooperation, in addition to exchanging views on the developments of regional and international conditions and issues of common concern.

The Korean ambassador renewed his country's support for Yemen and its political leadership, stressing Korea's keenness to contribute to supporting efforts to achieve peace, stability and development in Yemen.
