Deputy Director of the Security Directorate of Yafea District, Captain Abdel Nasser Harrashi, stated that the competent authorities of the Giants forces arrested the accused of attempting to assassinate a member of Nia, Judge Saddam Hammoud Al -Muharrami monitored last Tuesday evening, 4/29/25 AD, and he will be handed over to the Criminal Prosecution to refer him to the court. 

This was the arrest of the accused in light of a note submitted by the Undersecretary of the Monitoring Prosecution Prosecutor, Zain Al -Rashidi, to the head of the Public Prosecution, to address with the public prosecutor to address with the commander of the Giants forces to arrest the accused and hand him over to the criminal prosecution to refer him to the competent court to obtain his deterrent penalty.
