The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance obligated the promotion agencies to nominate one supervisor for every 25 pilgrims, by four supervisors for each hundred pilgrims, unlike the previous pilgrimage seasons, as it was adopting one supervisor for every 50 pilgrims and needs.

The Ministry decided, according to its circulation of the promotion agencies, to start registration of the official supervisors approved for each agency, binding on the agencies to pay a cut amount of (9,000) nine thousand Saudi riyals for each supervisor.

The Ministry of Endowments and Guidance called on all the promotion agencies the speed of the initiative to register its accredited supervisors and pay the amount specified for each supervisor, within the earliest time, to ensure the completion of organizational procedures on the specified time .. Considering the commitment to this decision as a prerequisite for completing the campaign arrangements for this season.

The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah annually adopts about 600 visas for the Yemen Pilgrim Affairs Office, as supervisors and administrators, in addition to the approved share of the Republic of Yemen, where the Ministry of Endowments and Guidance was approved for the Yemeni pilgrims ’promotion agencies more than 300 supervisors, with a supervisor reality for each 50 pilgrims, need and sometimes for about 70 pilgrims and needs, according to the varying shares approved for agencies Protection.
