Abyan.. Director General of Khanfar visits the burned Al-Boklin site and confirms that the necessary measures will be taken against those involved

Lawyer Mazen Al-Yousifi, Director General of Khanfar District in Abyan Governorate, today, Sunday, visited the site of the burned Al-Boklin in the Batis Rasd Ma’raban area, accompanied by the Attorney General and Coordinator of International and Local Organizations in Babin, Mr. Anis Al-Yousifi, the criminal investigation team, and Sheikh Khader Al-Yousifi.
The two boxes were burned late last Friday evening, in an act of sabotage that all Yafa’ tribes considered a cowardly act that harmed people’s interests.
During the visit, Al-Yousifi met with the police guards and listened to their statements about the incident. The criminal investigation team also took the necessary legal procedures.
Al-Yousifi expressed his strong condemnation of the act of sabotage, stressing that he stands against these acts and takes the necessary measures against those involved in them to receive their deterrent punishment.
Al-Yousifi said: “We will not allow anyone, regardless of who they are, to respond to this cowardly and inhumane act, because our national interests are above all and we did not allow anyone to disrupt our interests.”
For his part, Professor Anis Al-Yousifi confirmed that the work carried out by those involved in the burning is considered contrary to the morals and customs of the tribes in Yafa.
He said: “After today, we will have a decisive decision and we will take the necessary measures for anyone who dares to burn, cut down, or do any act that is contrary to our morals and customs within our land. We have the ability to respond with force and complete readiness to protect our land and all the equipment that has been preserved by the tribe of Youssef and Sarrouh since 2011.
He called on all groups and tribes to be united and brotherly, and everyone must advise their children, whether they have rights or psychological illnesses.
He added: “We will not accept the justifications he writes on social media, and we will stand one hand with the giants’ forces, represented by the distinguished leader Abu Zara’a Al-Muharami, to secure the road and preserve public interests.”
Al-Yousifi thanked all the Al-Said tribes that did not accept these acts of sabotage, extending his thanks to Sheikh Saddam Al-Sarhi, who arrested the individuals within hours and put them in prison.
He also called for the case to be transferred to Mansoura Central Prison to set an example for others.
Mr. Anis Al-Yousifi also thanked the local authority in the governorate and all the criminal investigation personnel, Khanfar and Sarar, for their interest and submitting a report on the incident.
Yousifi concluded his statement by saying: “We hope that the rest of the men and figures will stand up for the benefit of the road.”
