The Military Appeals Prosecution for the Fourth Military District held its session today, Monday, in the case of the victim Majed Rashda, headed by Judge Fadel Al-Joubani, Head of the Military Appeals Prosecution, and Secretary Arif Al-Nakhai.
At the session, lawyer Arif Al-Halmi, representative of the blood guardians, presented a witness, a 15-year-old witness who was present when the victim, Majed Al-Rashda, was shot. While hearing his statements, he mentioned that there was a black car from which a person got out, opened the back door of the car, and threw a body on top of it. It was white and dark black underneath, and he shot her five or six times, and the body remained motionless, and the black car left after that.
Lawyer Arif Al-Halmi said that he presented a picture of the victim, Majed, with a white shawl tied over his face, and that the reason for the person who found him being there was to search for one of the sheep in the remote area, and that he did not know that he was Majed until after the afternoon, and that the accident occurred before the afternoon, and he did not know that The murdered man was Majid, only when his family informed him of this and that he came to the prosecution in order to testify.
After that, lawyer Arif Al-Halmi asked the Chief Prosecutor for information about the transfer of prisoners, and he told him that they had not been transferred to the Military Police prison until the present time. They are two detained at the Fifth Brigade Prison, Lahj Sabr, and they were not transferred despite a letter from the Attorney General, Chief of Military Prosecutions, Head of the Military Judiciary. Judge Mehdi Fasei, who addressed the Chief Prosecutor of Lahj Appeals for a later comment, and in turn the Chief Prosecutor of Lahj ordered the Director of Lahj Security to carry out the transfer of the two imprisoned defendants. As for the other fugitive defendants, one of whom has his full name unknown, a circular was issued in a number of governorates according to their names in order to arrest them. p>
Al-Halmi called on all leaders to cooperate in this case so that it does not lead to strife, noting that the blood relatives had been patient for 9 months in the hope that the necessary action would be taken by the Chief Prosecutor after the issuance of arrest warrants and a transfer that was not implemented from Lahj security.
