The head of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Aden, Judge Anis Nasser Ali, today, Saturday, in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, followed up on the prisoners and detainees and their cases by visiting the central prison in Al Dhalea Governorate.

He was received by Commander Ahmed Al-Qubba, Commander of the Security Belt, Director General of Al-Dhalea Police, and a number of specialists from the Security Belt, Al-Dhalea Police, the Central Prison and Criminal Investigation. They visited the wards of the prisoners and those detained under the custody of the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Aden.

The Director General of Al Dhalea Police, commander of its security belt, was assigned to complete supplementary reports and refer them with the accused to the Specialized Criminal Prosecution in Aden, and follow up on delivering the rest of the reports successively with the accused and send them according to their qualitative and spatial jurisdiction to the Criminal Prosecution in Aden.

The security leaders of Al-Dhalea Police and its Security Belt appreciated the keenness of His Excellency the Public Prosecutor, Judge Qaher Mustafa, and the Aden Criminal Prosecution to follow up on these cases and expressed full and complete readiness to implement whatever was directed to them in accordance with the law. The Head of the Aden Criminal Prosecution thanked Commander Al-Qubba and the leaders and specialists of Al-Dhalea Police, the Security Belt, and the prison. The Central and Al-Hana’i Research Center in Al-Dhalea for what they provided to overcome the difficulties in implementing what was directed to resolve the cases and complete the legal procedures for them.
