p>The committee tried to impose a new director on the center by force, without any official administrative directives or orders.
The committee was accompanied by members of a heavily armed force, which caused a state of panic among the sick children, women, and war-wounded people present in the center.

The Prosthetics and Physiotherapy Center Workers Union issued a statement denouncing what the committee did.

The union confirmed that the Prosthetics Center is subject to the Minister of Public Health and Population and that Dr. Al-Qaisi is the legitimate general director of the center.
The union announced its adherence to the management of Dr. Al-Qaisi, stressing his competence and integrity.
The Minister of Health issued a memorandum dated February 14, 2024, in which Al-Bishi directed that Dr. Al-Qaisi should continue in his position.
The memorandum confirmed that Dr. Al-Qaisi had been issued a ministerial decision appointing him to his current position, and that he had proven his competence during his tenure.
The memorandum asked Al-Bishi not to take any administrative measures against Dr. Al-Qaisi without referring to the ministry.
