Today, Decision No. (100) of 2024 was issued by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, the first article of which stipulated the appointment of Dr. Shayea Mohsen Al-Zindani as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs.

The second and final article of the decision stipulates that it will be effective from the date of its issuance and publication in the Official Gazette.
