The southern forces, represented by the 2nd Hazm Infantry Brigade, fought fierce battles against the Houthi militias on the Karsh Front in Lahj Governorate, in a failed attempt by the Houthis to control positions belonging to the southern forces.

According to local sources, all types of heavy and medium weapons and drones were used in the clash, which continued for hours.

The southern forces were able to repel the Houthi attack, inflicting heavy losses on the attackers.

Field sources confirmed that Houthi ambulances transported 3 bodies and 11 wounded from the battlefield to hospitals in the city of Al-Rahida and Ibb Governorate.

This is the fourth attack during the month of Ramadan, and all of them were foiled by the southern forces
