A Houthi supervisor was killed by tribal gunmen in Al-Jawf

A Houthi supervisor was killed by tribal gunfire in Al-Jawf Governorate, which is under the control of the Houthi militia.
A local source said that a Houthi supervisor called “Musa Hamid Askar Jahwaan,” nicknamed “Abu Musa,” was shot dead by tribal gunmen from the “Al Saqra” family in the governorate.
The incident came against the backdrop of a tribal vendetta due to disputes resulting from attempts by Houthi leaders from the “Al-Jahwan” and “Al-Mutawakkil” to seize land belonging to the “Al-Saqra” family, who are descended from Al-Matma.
In late last October, the militia announced that a general reconciliation would be held under the supervision of Mohsen Al-Sharif, who was impersonating the security director of Al-Jawf, and an end to the dispute between the “Al-Saqra” family, the “Al-Jahwan” family, and the “Al-Mutawakkil family,” which resulted in a number of deaths and injuries on both sides. But the falsity of these allegations soon becomes clear.
This incident comes in light of the escalation of crimes and violations by the Houthi militias and the increase in their attempts to steal citizens’ lands in light of the resistance of the Al-Jawf tribes.
