A judicial decision to resume dealing with the Majal network for money transfers

The Administrative Court in Aden issued a decision in urgent application No. (2) for the year 1445 AH, submitted by the Nasser Al-Arawi Exchange Company against the Central Bank against the backdrop of the bank’s circular to stop the money transfer networks affiliated with the exchange company and deal with the so-called unified network.
p>The decision, according to the attached memorandum addressed to the Governor of the Central Bank of Yemen, decided to stop the implementation of the decision against the Majal Money Transfer Network, as a temporary precautionary measure until the case is decided.
