The air defenses of the 2nd Commando Brigade stationed on the Al-Dhalea axis fronts shot down, today, Friday, an attack drone of the Houthi militia in the north of the governorate.
A source in the 2nd Commando Brigade said: The brigade's air defenses shot down the Houthi drone while it was flying over military sites in the Maris area, Solan sector.
The source added that the Houthi drone that was shot down was trying to target the positions of the brigade and the joint forces, before it was dealt with immediately using the appropriate weapon and shot down immediately.
