Hadhramaut.. Huge quantities of drugs were seized for the Houthi militia on its way to Saudi Arabia

Yemeni government forces seized a quantity of drug pills in the Al-Wadiah Triangle area during an attempt to smuggle them into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Units of the 23rd Mechanized Brigade stationed at the Al-Wadiah Triangle point in Hadramaut Governorate were able to seize approximately six thousand narcotic pills during an attempt to smuggle them into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Brigadier General Abdullah Moazib, Commander of the 23rd Mechanized Brigade, explained that during the past weeks, army forces had seized many shipments of drugs during an attempt to smuggle them to the Houthi terrorist group.
It is noteworthy that the army forces in the northern and eastern governorates are participating in efforts to combat smuggling and combat terrorism, and during the last period they were able to seize many shipments of weapons, communications devices, materials used in military manufacturing, missile manufacturing and unmanned aerial vehicles, counterfeit banknotes, and shipments of drugs and contraband.
