The United Nations moves its main offices to Aden to promote humanitarian projects

The Yemeni Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation announced the move of the United Nations Development Office and its affiliated agencies to the temporary capital, Aden, and the opening of offices in the liberated areas to supervise humanitarian and development projects.
According to the Deputy Minister, Dr. Nizar Bashaib, the Yemeni government is calling on international organizations to open offices in Aden, stressing the safety and stability of the situation there.
He pointed out that the Ministry provides all necessary facilities to organizations to successfully implement their programs and projects, while emphasizing the necessity of renewing licenses to conduct business officially.
Basuhaib stressed the urgent need to double international support to confront the current humanitarian crisis in Yemen.
