The Presidential Leadership Council renewed its direct directives to the new Prime Minister, Dr. Ahmed bin Mubarak to cancel the assignment decisions issued by the former Prime Minister, the ministers, and the governors of the governorates.

The "Scope 24" website obtained a copy of the official memorandum addressed by A. Dr.. Yahya Muhammad Al-Shuaibi, Director of the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, to Prime Minister Ben Mubarak, which demands the cancellation of all assignments issued by the former Prime Minister to fill the positions of senior management and governors of governorates, as well as the cessation of any new assignments.

Our wishes to you for continued success in your duties and work, with reference to the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council No. (31) of 2022 AD and to our letters addressed to the former Prime Minister No. (334 / M.R. / 2022 AD) dated 5/13/2022 AD, and the letter No. ( 924/Mr/2022) dated 12/25/2022 AD, and Letter No. (377/Mr) dated 1/5/2023 AD regarding the implementation of the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council including the cancellation of any assignments issued by the Prime Minister, members of the Council of Ministers, governors... etc.

 Therefore, in implementation of the decisions of the Presidential Leadership Council and in order to maintain compliance with the applicable laws, all assignments issued by the former Prime Minister to fill the positions of senior management and governors of governorates are cancelled, as well as stopping any new assignments, and we are provided with the implementation of this within a period not exceeding two weeks from the date of this letter. Uploading a list of the names of those who have been assigned, along with all the information related to each of them related to employment and academic qualifications.
