A child was injured by Houthi shell fragments south of Taiz

A child was injured by shrapnel from an artillery shelling by the Houthi militia (classified on the terrorist list) after it targeted citizens’ farms south of Taiz Governorate.
Eyewitnesses reported that a mortar shell fired by the Houthi militia, stationed in the strategic Mount Al-Mandhara, fell on one of the people’s farms in the Al-Dhabab area in Al-Athawar isolation on the southern outskirts of Haifan District, Hasa, yesterday, Sunday.
They confirmed that the child, Ajmal Jamil Abdo Saleh Al-Athwari (11 years old), was injured while he was on the farm, with severe injuries to his body as a result of flying fragments of the shell.
This comes as an extension of a series of crimes committed by the Iranian-backed Houthi militia on an almost daily basis against civilians in various Yemeni regions, amid suspicious international silence.
