A total power outage in Abyan

Electricity service was completely stopped in the areas of Abyan Governorate, in the south of the country, today, Tuesday, after the amount of fuel used for the generating stations operating in the governorate ran out.
The Abyan Electricity Corporation announced the complete cessation of service throughout all areas of the governorate due to the depletion of fuel in the generation stations and the cessation of the “PetroMasila” station in the capital, Aden, which supplies the generation stations in the neighboring Abyan Governorate.
