The Women's Department at the Hadhramaut Inclusive Conference visits prominent feminist leaders

The head of the Women’s Department at the Hadhramaut Inclusive Conference, Dr. Iman Omar Al-Lahmdi, along with a number of members of the department, paid a greeting visit to the two professors, Zahra Saeed Banatar and Shafiqa Saad Khanbari, who were prominent leaders in feminist work in the 1970s and 1980s, and who contributed active roles in the field. Dr. Al-Lhamdi expressed the happiness of the Women’s Department at the Hadramaut Inclusive Conference to visit these feminist figures in their homes in the city of Mukalla to offer them congratulations and blessings on Eid Al-Fitr and to express appreciation and gratitude for the work and efforts they have provided during their practical service for the benefit of women and to enhance their role and participation in social and political life, and their right to education and health care.
