Major General Bin Brik calls for urgent intervention to confront the flood disaster in Hadramaut and Al-Mahra

Major General Ahmed Saeed bin Brik, Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council, called today, Wednesday, for rapid and urgent relief and service intervention in Hadramaut and Al-Mahra governorates, to confront the flood disaster that the two governorates are witnessing today.
Major General Ben Brik called for the formation of committees to assess the damage to which citizens were exposed as a result of the flood disaster, stressing the need for urgent relief, health and service intervention.
As Bin Brik called, the government bears responsibility in overcoming the effects resulting from these disasters, as a result of unplanned construction and the need to stop random construction in the south in general and Hadramaut and the capital, Aden in particular.
The Vice President of the Southern Transitional Council stressed the need for the people of the two governorates to unite and come together in order to confront and overcome these disasters, expressing his condolences to all the people of Hadramaut, the coast, the valley, and Al-Mahra for what happened to them and their property.
