The owner of a fuel shipment for Aden Electricity refuses to bring it in before paying its value

The owner of a fuel shipment for Aden Electricity, estimated at 32 thousand tons of diesel, refused to bring it into the oil port before paying its value.
Sources working at the Electricity Corporation said that the ship stopped outside the oil port, where the merchant who owned the shipment refused to let it in until he paid its full value.
The source said that government efforts are being made to convince the merchant to enter it and then pay him.
This comes as the Electricity Corporation says that extinguishing hours will increase in Aden.
