Aden security recovers stolen jewelry worth 7 million riyals and returns it to its owner

Al-Mualla police were able to recover lost gold items valued at seven million riyals, after they went missing from a citizen.
Al-Mualla Police Director, Brigadier General Fadl Al-Jahafi, indicated that the citizen, Ahmed Saleh Ahmed Salem, filed a report about his wife’s loss of gold jewelry, including two necklaces, two rings, and a bracelet, with an estimated value of 7 million riyals.
A police director explained that immediately after receiving the report, the investigation team moved, and after investigating and reviewing the cameras, the identity of the person who found the missing items was identified, arrested, and investigated, where he confessed to selling it for a million and a half riyals.
Al-Jahafi added that Al-Mualla police recovered the gold jewelry and handed them over to its owner, while procedures are being completed with the accused so that the case file is transferred to the Public Prosecution.
