A security officer named Farouk Fadel, brother of the commander of the Taiz axis, threatened to kill the director of the commercial court in the city of Taiz, Mr. Moaz Abdo Saeed Ahmed.

A source in the judicial authority said that a person called Farouk Fadel, who works as an officer in the Taiz Security Department, threatened to kill the director of the Commercial Court, days after he tortured him and brutally killed a citizen named Muhammad Abdul-Jalil Al-Rashidi in the Jabal Habashi District after taking him from inside the mosque.

The source added that the security campaign failed to arrest him, after which the aforementioned went so far as to threaten the director of the Commercial Court with physical liquidation.

The Taiz Court Employees Union issued a statement today demanding that the necessary legal measures be taken quickly and that he be referred to the judiciary to receive his punishment.
