Deputy Director General of the Aden Capital Police, Brigadier General Abu Bakr Jaber, met today with the Director of the United Nations Security and Safety Office, Sameh Al-Hafnawi,  in his office at the Aden Security Department in Khor Maksar District.

The meeting discussed aspects of cooperation and joint coordination between the two parties and procedures for protecting facilities and international organizations affiliated with the United Nations.

During the meeting, Brigadier General Jabr confirmed that the security forces of the capital, Aden, pay special attention to the security and safety of all operating international organizations and facilities and to facilitate the work of all international and local crews working with them, indicating that Aden security is making increased efforts to provide security protection for these organizations.< /p>

Jabr added that he is constantly informed about the efforts and work of all international teams, stressing the keenness to secure all organizations’ sites in coordination with other security agencies, including national security, political security, and other relevant security agencies.

For his part, Al-Hafnawi gave a comprehensive explanation about the work of the United Nations Security and Safety Office in Aden, their efforts since the beginning of their work in Aden, and the security measures they took in accordance with United Nations rules to protect their crews, thanking the efforts of the security of the capital, Aden, and their keenness to protect foreign delegations and all international organizations. .
