Today, the city of Marib witnessed a massive protest rally organized by the Al-Jawf tribes, demanding the immediate release of Major General Ali Mohsen Al-Hadi, Assistant Chief of the Operations Authority, who was arrested in Saudi Arabia three months ago, according to the protest statement.
The demonstrators stressed that Major General Al-Huda, one of the most prominent sheikhs of the Dahm tribe in Al-Jawf Governorate, is a symbol of steadfastness and resistance, and one of the military leaders who contributed greatly to the defense of the homeland.
The movement’s statement stated: “We in the Al-Jawf tribes consider the arrest of Major General Al-Hadi an insult to us and to all the people of the country, and we call on the Saudi authorities to release him immediately without any conditions, and hand him over to the competent Yemeni authorities.”
