The Public Prosecution intervenes to investigate an illegal oil refinery in Mukalla

Attorney General Qaher Mustafa Ali, head of the Public Funds Appeal Prosecution in Mukalla, Hadramout, directed an investigation into the case of seizing an illegal refinery that works to refine crude oil in the city of Mukalla.
The directive stated that the prosecution has begun an investigation into the incident, and that the measures taken in the case are still ongoing, based on a note issued by the Vice -President of the Presidential Command Council, Major General Faraj Salmin Al -Bahsni.
The Public Prosecutor stressed the need to take the necessary legal measures, and to keep the seized equipment on the site under the supervision of the security authorities, so that the case is decided permanently according to the law.
