The Sirah Court held today, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, a session to consider the case of Adham Faisal Abdulaziz Khalil, accused by the Public Prosecution of impersonating a dermatologist, in addition to his claim that he is a British diplomacy of Yemeni origin, in the name of Mai Faisal Abdulaziz Al -Aini, as a user Fake documents, and the practice of the medical profession on women in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, for years.

The session was chaired by Judge Nizar Al -Samman, President of the Court, in the presence of a member of the prosecution, Judge Nasser Al -Awash, the accused Adham Faisal, and his lawyer Yasser Shamakh, in addition to the appointed lawyer for the second accused, and the lawyer Khadija Darwish, represented by the victim.

During the session, the representative of the Public Prosecution demanded the court to open the door for the pleading again, to enable the prosecution to respond to the accused's defenses and provide new evidence to support the accusation.

On the other hand, the court granted the accused, Adham Faisal, an opportunity to respond, as he confirmed that the Public Prosecution took a sufficient deadline, extending for more than a year and three months, before referring the case to the court, asking:

“Was all this period not sufficient to prepare evidence, or is the goal to prolong my imprisonment?”

He added: “We submitted the first payment, and two months later, we submitted a second payment, and the trial lasted for eight months, and the prosecution did not provide new evidence. /P>

Therefore, the court decided the following:

Accepting the request of the Public Prosecution and opening the door of pleading, and giving it a last opportunity to provide its latest evidence and new responses.

The release of the first suspect (Adham Faisal Abdulaziz) with the Hugor Security.

Prevent him from traveling outside the Republic of Yemen for any reason.

postpone the session until after the judicial leave, and setting its date on April 22, 2025.
