Al -Dhalea .. A high military meeting that approves the opening of the public road Aden - Sana'a after its rehabilitation

held this morning, Wednesday, in Al -Dhalea Governorate, an expanded military meeting, chaired by the governor of the province, the commander of the Al -Dhalea Axis, Major General Ali Muqbel Saleh, in the presence of the head of the Executive Board of the Southern Transitional Council in the governorate, the head of the joint military operations of the fronts of the axis of Al -Dhalea, Brigadier General Abdullah Mahdi Saeed, and Major General Al -Mazali - Hadi Ahmed Al -Awlaki, commander of the eighth military region, Commander of the 30th Armored Brigade and Brigadier General Security, a number of brigades and military units stationed on the fronts.
He devoted the meeting to discuss the military and security situation, foremost of which is the file of reopening the main road linking the capital, Aden and the Yemeni capital, Sana'a, through the governorate of Al -Dali ', closed for years due to the war with the Houthi militias, in response to the higher leadership directives, and a sensing of the humanitarian suffering incurred by citizens as a result of the closure of this vital artery, and in order to provide safe passages that facilitate the movement between Governorates.
The meeting approved the reopening of the road after completing the rehabilitation and repairing the damage to it, provided that the operation takes place under the direct supervision of the local authority, the engineering authorities and demining teams, and in full coordination with the military and security authorities, while stressing the need to raise security readiness and activate the continuous coordination between the units to ensure the safety of the transit and protect the road from any threats.
The attendees emphasized their commitment to implementing the outputs of the meeting, praising the efforts made by the political and military leadership, represented by President Aidros bin Qasim Al -Zubaidi, President of the Southern Transitional Council, the Supreme Commander of the Southern Armed Forces, reducing their willingness to support any humanitarian steps that mitigate the suffering of citizens.
