The Transitional Emergency Committee continues to hold its meetings and commends the efforts of the Prime Minister

The Emergency Committee formed by the leadership of the Southern Transitional Council, headed by Professor Ali Al -Kathiri, Acting President of the Council, and in the presence of the ministerial bloc of the Council headed by Dr. Abdel Nasser Al -Wali, and the governor of the capital, Aden Ahmed Lams, held its meetings to follow up the humanitarian and living conditions of citizens in the capital, Aden and the rest of the southern governorates.
At the beginning of its meeting, the committee praised the efforts made by the State of Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Brik to establish conditions and provide services to citizens, expressing the support of the Southern Transitional Council for these efforts, calling on all parties to deal with responsibility with its directives, each within the scope of its competence and responsibilities.
The committee heard a comprehensive briefing presented by the Minister of Electricity and Energy M. Manea bin Yamin, during which he reviewed the urgent efforts made by his ministry to provide fuel for generation stations, in a way that contributes to the stability of the service during the coming days, and the strategic plans that the ministry is working on to find sustainable solutions to the chronic crisis experienced by the electricity sector, and the challenges facing the ministry in implementing its plans.
In this regard, the committee stressed the importance of enhancing coordination and cooperation between the ministries of electricity, oil and minerals, and the relevant government ministries and institutions, ensuring the provision of fuel to the generation stations and its arrival urgently, in a way that contributes to raising the obstetric capacity to alleviate the suffering of citizens in the burning summer in the coastal provinces.
In the same context, the committee heard a briefing by the Minister of State Governor Aden Ahmed Lams, in which he reviewed the efforts made by the local authority in the capital to upgrade the health sector, support the efforts made by the health authorities in the capital to combat summer diets, the efforts made to establish the rationing situation and provide bread, and provide fuel for water pumping stations and sanitation stations.
The committee confirmed at the conclusion of its meeting that it will remain in a permanent convening, according to the directives of President Aidroos Al -Zubaidi, to follow up the humanitarian situation in the capital, Aden and the rest of the southern governorates, and monitor the work of service institutions, in a manner that guarantees the support of their efforts and the disclosure of the parties that hinder their duties, and reveal them to public opinion.
