The Ministry of Youth and Sports, represented by the “Sports Sector,” launched a database project for sports clubs in the Republic of Yemen, which includes a plan to go to youth offices in the governorates to review the progress of the offices’ work and explain the details of the project, and its importance at the level of preparing plans and programs.
The inauguration process began from the Youth and Sports Office in Aden Governorate, where the committee in charge was headed by the Undersecretary of the Sports Sector, Khaled Mohsen Al-Khulaifi, in the presence of the Advisor to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Abdul Hamid Al-Saeedi, and the membership of the Director General of Sports Activity, Raed Ali Numan, and the Director General of Federations and Clubs, Farhan Thabet Al-Muntaser. , by going down to the office and sitting with its General Manager, Wijdan Al-Shazly, to explain the importance of the project in creating a clear and accurate database, to be built upon in implementing programs and general plans.
Al-Khulaifi conveyed the greetings of His Excellency the Minister of Youth and Sports, Nayef Al-Bakri, to the employees of the ministry’s office in the capital, Aden, stressing the importance of the project and the expected results of its implementation, as a tool for collecting and organizing information, in addition to the fact that this is a major national work that will create a database that can be approved and built. on it in the future.
He stated that the purpose of the visit and sitting with the director of the Ministry’s office in Aden and all the employees therein falls within the framework of examining concerns and identifying all the problems and obstacles that prevent the implementation of many programs and plans, and later submitting them to His Excellency Minister Al-Bakri, and preparing a detailed report. For the purpose of finding solutions and treatments for various problems and dilemmas.
As part of the landing plan, the sports sector seeks to conduct a general field survey of the sports activities that are implemented at the governorate level through the branches of sports federations, through a monitoring form whose details were explained by the Director General of Sports Activities, Raed Ali Noman, stressing the importance of completing its data as it is important for the study. Assessing the reality of federation branches and developing future plans aimed at improving sports performance.
In this context, Farhan Thabet Al-Muntaser, Director General of the General Administration of Federations and Clubs, provided a brief explanation of the necessary data included in the project, in light of which many issues will be addressed in order to make appropriate decisions, employ them correctly, and make the necessary updates to them in a way that preserves everyone’s various rights.
