It is noteworthy that the Saudi clubs Al-Hilal, Al-Ain of the Emirates, Wydad of Morocco and Esperance of Tunisia are also participating in the tournament.
The next edition of the tournament will be held with the participation of 32 teams, and it is the first time that it will be held in its new form instead of the previous system with the participation of 7 clubs.

Special tickets
The first phase of the ticket sales process continues until Tuesday, January 14, and witnesses the sale of group stage tickets. The ticket price starts from 30 US dollars (excluding taxes and fees), and prices vary from one match to another.
FIFA allocated a portion of the tickets to fans of the clubs that will compete in the tournament through the provision of access that will be facilitated by the clubs concerned, and this portion included from the group stage stage until the final match (in the event that the club qualifies for the final match).
This means that club fans can reserve their place in the knockout stages if their club qualifies, with tickets being confirmed once the team reaches the match in question.
Tickets for club fans are available in special price categories, starting from 36 US dollars (excluding taxes and fees).
As for tickets to the general public for the knockout stages, they will be released on Thursday, January 16, 2025, coinciding with the start of the FIFA Club World Cup Cup round.
FIFA indicated that each customer can purchase up to 6 tickets for one match, and tickets for a maximum of 7 matches.
