The slogan claimed that the Ministry of Interior was "only responsible for the official prisons", and that it "has no hidden prisons."
The only surviving slogan in the bombing of the crisis cell was on July 18, 2012, killing other officials who were at the meeting, and wounding him.
Who is Muhammad Al -Shaar?

Despite his retirement age, he was appointed on April 14, 2011 as Minister of the Interior until November 2018.
The slogan is considered one of the prominent figures in Lebanon during the reign of Ghazi Kanaan, where the Syrian forces participated under his supervision in the events of Tripoli, Bab al -Tabbaneh in December 1986, which killed about 700 civilians from the city, some of them children, and he was released since that Then the title of "Square of Tripoli".
