The Giza killer inside the court
Years ago, the Egyptian Public Prosecutor, Counselor Hamada Al-Sawy, referred the accused Gaddafi Farraj to the Criminal Court in 4 cases being heard in the Al-Haram and Boulaq Al-Dakrur districts in Cairo and Al-Montazah in Alexandria. To punish him for allegedly intentionally killing 4 people: his wife, two women, and a man, with premeditation during the years 2015 and 2017, and hiding their bodies by burying them in graves he prepared for that purpose inside homes.
The Public Prosecution presented evidence before the accused in the four cases from the testimony of 17 witnesses, the accused’s confessions during the investigations, the exhumation of the bodies of the victims from the places where they were buried, and what was proven in reports of the anatomical nature of those bodies.
The prosecution indicated that the genetic fingerprints taken from it were identical to those taken from the victims’ families, and what was proven in the reports of the General Department of Forensic Investigation regarding the examination of antiquities removed from the places where bodies were exhumed, as well as the accused’s simulation of how he committed the four incidents.
