The Egyptian Public Prosecution ordered an autopsy to determine the cause of her death, according to what was revealed by Ahmed Salama, the lawyer for the family of “Al-Arish student” Naira Salah.
Salama explained, according to what was reported by the local newspaper Al-Masry Al-Youm, that the forensic doctor went to the cemetery of the village of Mit Tarif in Dakahlia Governorate, where he laid to rest the body of Naira, for the purpose of obtaining samples from the body.
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior announced on Friday that it had completed examining the position of the student Shorouk Ahmed, 5 of her colleagues, the university city supervisor, and one of the friends of the suicidal student, Naira Salah.
She confirmed in an official statement that this comes in preparation for presenting them to the Public Prosecution to uncover the circumstances of the suicide incident.
The Ministry indicated that the father of the student, Shorouk, a police major, had been suspended from work until the investigations were completed, out of concern for her integrity.
In the past hours, users of the "X" website were interested in the incident of "Naira", a student at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at Al-Arish University in Egypt, with allegations that she ended her life as a result of being subjected to blackmail at the hands of her colleagues.
Others claimed that Naira suffered from poisoning as a result of eating one of the meals her friends gave her, which led to her death.
Under this hashtag “#Arish_Student_Right”, a number of users circulated pictures of some male and female students, claiming that they were the reason behind Naira’s death, while others published pictures of conversations via the WhatsApp application, alleging that the late student had received threats from her colleagues.
